Alan H. Gerson has joined Enteractive Solutions Group, Inc., (ESG) as President and CEO. The company has been renamed and repositioned as a full service promotional marketing and compliance services company, (www.enteractivesolutions.com) Sullivan Compliance Company will continue as an operating division of Enteractive Solutions Group providing its Industry leading program compliance and production consulting services to game, reality and award show productions.

Gerson has had a long and distinguished career in television, consumer product marketing, live event marketing and Online media and marketing. He is well versed in the sweepstakes, contest and compliance services offered by ESG, having previously served as the head of NBC’s Program Standards and Broadcast Administration unit for over 15 years. After leaving NBC in 1991, he served as Executive Vice President of the Home Shopping Network, Inc. (HSN:NYSE) and President of HSN’s Diversified Marketing and Media Services Division. Gerson also served on the Board of Directors of SilverKing Communications, Inc. (SKC:NYSE). In 1994, after the sale of HSN to Liberty Media, he became Sr. VP of Television and Business Development at Ticketmaster Corp. Gerson has also enjoyed a successful career as an Internet entrepreneur, co-founding several important Internet marketing related companies, including Interactive Marketing, Inc., Digitrends, LLC and iMedia Communications, Inc. . Gerson also was President and C.O.O. of Vertical Branding, Inc (VBDG:OB) and of RONCO Inventions, LLC.

While at NBC, Gerson not only served as NBC’s Chief Compliance Officer, but played a pioneering role in establishing Network Marketing as a significant business focus for NBC, and helped create and oversee the first Network Television Interactive programming and promotional campaigns. At HSN, Gerson also created a wide range of innovative promotional and brand marketing programs targeted at HSN’s consumer audience.

Gerson has also been a pioneer in the Online marketing industry, having served as Sr. VP Television and Business Development at Ticketmaster Corp. when they launched their Online ticketing service in 1994. He has acted as a media and marketing consultant for such companies as Apple Computer, Home Order Television, GmbH, (Germany’s first Home Shopping Network) and Transactional Marketing Partners. Moving to the Internet business in 1995, he served as President of the Marketing Products Group at Softbank Interactive Marketing and CEO of Worldsite Networks, a business platform focused ISP. He co-founded Interactive Marketing, Inc and Digitrends LLC in 1998 and after selling his interests in those companies in 2000, he co-founded iMedia Communications, Inc, in 1991. iMedia grew to become the leading executive level conference company and online resource focused on the Online Marketing and Advertising industries when Gerson and his partners sold their interests to dmg worldmedia, in 2006.

ENTERACTIVE SOLUTIONS will continue to provide the full range of sweepstakes and contest administration services as well as program compliance and administration services through SULLIVAN COMPLIANCE. However, it will also be focused in the future on expanding its service offerings to include full service promotional and cross-platform strategies and concept development and prizing and fulfillment services. The Company will also put a strong emphasis on Online and Digital media and marketing opportunities to better serve its existing roster of Entertainment and Consumer facing companies and to attract new clients.

Alex Hendrie, will serve as Sr. Vice President of both Enteractive Solutions Group, Inc. and its Sullivan Compliance Company subsidiary, which will continue to provide on-site program compliance services to its many media and production company clients as well as offer additional marketing services. Alex has been responsible for this segment of the operations of Sullivan Compliance Company since 1993.
